Revit 2024 Family Library Not Working

Revit 2024 Family Library Not Working. @jay_colcombe post is exactly how you load the family. When selecting the load autodesk family option in the revit ribbon, the dialog box opens but does not respond or show families and just keeps loading.

Last month my revit was updated from 2022 to 2023, all was working fine until last week. As a workaround in the mean time, you can use previous version.
